ok so basically i look at the forums and i see people reporting stuff in community watch but there is a problem there is no screen shots you are not allowed to copy and paste or the report will not be real so mods or admins will not take it seriously so what you have to do is
1.~serious offenders should only get one warning such as cursing or more state there name addressing it to them
2.~ask the player to stop minimum times 3 for regular rules~make sure u ask nicely
3.~if player still does not listen and continues to break the rules then report them
~how to report
1.look at your keyboard some laptops do not have this (very rare) look for the button (prt scr/sysrq) this button takes the screen shot (note nothing will pop up) but it will copy everything you have on your desktop so make sure you have nothing important showing.
2.ok now that you have the image copied go and open a paint program or drawing program and go to (edit) (paste)
3.now you should have the image there next crop the image so only the chat comes up and only the chat.
4.cut the image you croped and open another paint program or just click (file)( new) make sure you have cut the image before you move to the new page
5.(edit)(paste) the image into the new paint or drawing program once you have done this *file* (save) to desktop or were ever you feel comfortable saving it.
6.next step go to internet open up a browser and find a reliable site that you use for uploading picture i recommend photobucket.com.
7.open photobucket or ur reliable source upload your picture that has been croped .
8.once you are done with uploading look for (share)on photobucket then go to get link code IMG for bulletin boards & forums get the (full size)code
9.go to forums find (community watch)(reporting area) post reply (paste code) and ur done its that easy lol
it may look long but its not it takes me less then 1minute to do this because i no what to do its easy to learn now go out and try it out have fun and dont abuse the reporting area mod and admins have lives to.

*your keyboard in your laptop is different from your regular keyboard*
here's how to print screen in your laptops keyboard:
1. find the "fn"/functions button.
2. then find "prt sc"/print screen button.
3. you'll press "fn" and "prt sc" together, then paste it in paint.
4. don't forget to crop your image.
5. finally, upload it in photobucket.com/imageshack.com and your ready to report your complaint at "reporting area"
command-shift-3: capture screen to file
command-fn-shift-3: capture screen to clipboard
command-shift-4: capture selection to file
command-fn-shift-4: capture selection to keyboard
